The Skills and Business Technical Center (SBTC) is an innovative vocational training institute based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Established in 2025, SBTC is a proud member of the Westline Education Group (WEG).
We are dedicated to empowering Cambodia’s youth with job-ready skills and an entrepreneurial mindset by offering industry-aligned academic programs that bridge education with real employment opportunities.
All our training programs are developed in alignment with the national TVET framework, ensuring relevance, quality, and recognition across key sectors. Our programs are fully accredited by the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT), Cambodia.
